Students are coming home with another project. This one will be done at home. We read the story Turkey Trouble where Tom the Turkey disguises himself so Farmer Brown does not recognize him allowing Tom to survive another Thanksgiving! Students have been given a letter from Tom the Turkey and a picture of Tom the Turkey. Students will have to create a new and creative disguise for Tom so Farmer Brown does not recognize him. Students are encouraged to get creative and use construction paper, glue, glitter, or any material to make Tom look different! You can google "Turkey in Disguise Project" to get some ideas. I am so proud of all of my students! We did an excellent job at our Pick a Pet Expo. We presented our pets to the 4th graders, who were so kind and courteous to us! :)
