We took out Library books last Friday. Library books will be due back this Friday so students can check out a new book. Students cannot check out a new book unless the previous book is returned on time.
Saturday (October 24) is Willett's Harvest Fest from 12-3pm. A notice went home last week about this fun fall event. The PTO is still looking for volunteers to assist with this event. If you are able to help or donate items, please contact the PTO or check the Willett PTO's Facebook page. I will be attending with my family, will you? :)

Shoe tying is a constant struggle with first grade students. Please please please practice this skill at home with your student! Ms. D and I are having students "find a friend" who will assist with shoe tying.
As you may have heard, Mr. Feinstein was unable to come to Willett last Thursday due to an illness. A new date is currently being planned for Mr. Feinstein to come and meet our wonderful Willett students!
